As I watch the turmoil and fear on the news every night while sitting on my patio, I always realize how blessed I am to live where I live. My views are of the Hagerman Wildlife Management Area, my herd of Yaks, Ducks, Geese, Deer and farm ground. Hagerman Valley is a high desert paradise with a lot of running water, wildlife and just plain old good folks helping each other out. While times are tough on everyone now be assured it will get better and we will get through it.

The other thing to be assured of is the service you will receive at 1000 Springs Realty with realtors that live, recreate, volunteer and serve our community here in Hagerman.

2020 is here and the market is continuing to be fast paced.

I must apologize since I just realized we have had no new posts on our blog a long time. The only excuse I have is we have had a fantastic several years and have gotten lax since we haven't had much free time. With the new people moving into the area we are seeing a real spurt in value for homes on the river and properties with exceptional views. In short the Hagerman Valley has been discovered and the market is responding.
Another big impact is the cooperative agreement between the National Park Service and Idaho State Parks. They are in the planning stages of a large development at Billingsley State Park that will consist of an RV Park, Camping, Creek Access points, Visitor Center and much more. The local Hagerman Bike and Walk committee has already completed a paved pathway from Hagerman to the Park Entrance and then continuing along the park boundary.
I have lived and worked in Hagerman much of my life and we are in exciting times in this little valley with well-planned recreational opportunities.
Give one of the agents a call here at 1000 Springs Realty and we will show you this little piece of paradise.

1000 Springs Realty is finishing up on another great year. We have been so blessed to work close to home and help so many clients with their real estate needs. Some big changes have happened recently, Cliff Jensen has retired and Suzanne is working part time. Because of this change it has given usthe opportunity to add a couple more agents. I am very excited to announce that Grant Cooke and Phil Gossi have joined our firm. These two agents are going to bring a great mix to the office. Grant has had a successful career in construction management and this will serve him well in our industry. Phil Gossi has a good agriculture background in cattle, fish and farming which will also really benefit some of our clients. We hope to see you soon, drop by and say hello.. Merry Christmas to all.

It’s going to be a robust year in Hagerman.

Things are happening in Hagerman. The Real Estate market has seen a real increase in buyers and we need more sellers. There is a lot going on with the evening of June 24th with Fireworks in the City Park. There is a real active group working on getting a walking and bike path connecting the great parts of our valley. This could also encompass bike / walking paths thru town on US Hwy 30. This would be a huge attraction to our little piece of paradise. Hope to see you soon.

It’s going to be a great year in Hagerman

Spring in the air for 2015

It is going to be a great year in Hagerman and the commercial portion is doing well. Last year we had five vacant commercial buildings in town and today we have zero. The neat thing is all of them seem to being well and we have a great variety. As far as recreation goes the […]

Another great weekend in Hagerman.

This past weekend the Hagerman Chamber of Commerce hosted a car show at the city park. This little community once again pulled off a first class event. The car show had 215 classic vehicles on display with the owners proudly showing them off. For those of us that like good corn dog now or then […]

This past weekend the Hagerman Chamber of Commerce hosted a car show at the city park. This little community once again pulled off a first class event. The car show had 215 classic vehicles on display with the owners proudly showing them off. For those of us that like good corn dog now or then or some home made brick oven pizza it was paradise. This event where people get together and enjoy themselves is just another reason to live in the Hagerman Valley. There is currently several businesses for sale and some super homes. Get outside and enjoy yourself since fall is in the air. Hagerman Car Show

Ride Idaho, a huge success for the communtiy of Hagerman

Thanks go out to the 250 plus bike riders that stayed in the Hagerman City Park on August 9th. This group supported all the local businesses and we were really able to showcase our great community. The comments we heard were very good and hopefully they will return. Don’t forget the Hagerman Car Show is […]

Real Estate is on the move.

Real Estate in this great Hagerman Valley that I call home is really taking off. The real estate agents that work this area are all fairly busy and starting the year off well. My concern for this year could be lack of inventory if things keep going this way, I am not complaining since we […]
